Donatos Pizza

I got a thin crust pepperoni. Found it to be over done, black on the edge and some of the pepperoni dry and crisp. Perhaps a thicker crust would have been a better choice. The place was clean but, I found it too chilly inside to eat there.

10 of 10!!! I miss Donato's sooo much!!! Been like 15 years since we had one in Maumee OH. I was passing through and ran in like a kid. My only mistake was I didn't order 6. The perfect crust!!!

Good pizza with great flavour- Visited from Michigan and honestly was pleasantly surprised. The Mariachi beef pizza had a light crust, with the sauce and meat being rich in flavour. Portions were decent and the pizza overall, though rich and cheesy, felt light. No overwhelming grease/oily residue either. I’d recommend a visit!

First off Donato's pizza is great no matter if you have any customer service issues. This location is clean, and has good parking. My wife ordered pizza online to pick up from this location. When I arrived' they had not processed my order or made anything. The manager found my order and began making my order. They didn't have any large dough ready so I received 2 medium sized pizzas in lieu which I was happy with. The food came out great, I just had to wait a little extra. I am not sure if it was the company process of receiving online orders, or just an employee error, but the manager was genuinely apologetic about the error.
