Today's date is 10/17/25. Purchased 3 foods there. 2 goat with rice and peas and a stew chicken with rice and peas. I tried to eat this and the rice looks like they just put it on the stove and took it down. I can't even chew this. Of recent, this Donna's is going down. I used to love food from here, now it's horrible. They know the rice was hard and they still gave people this

I ordered a small soup today on my lunch break, I open the soup and getting ready to take a spoonful, little did I know this was what I’d be met with. Go inside to let them know, and the lady in the back wants to tell me it’s a thyme leaf, this looks nothing like a thyme leaf. 😒 I’ve lost my appetite. Absolutely disgusting! 🤮

I’m writing because I’m very disappointed with the experience I had today during my lunch break. I only get an hour break , and it took almost 25–30 minutes just for someone to get to me for a quick lunch special. What made it more frustrating was that the staff in the front were standing around talking while customers were waiting. When I was finally helped, the attitude I received was not welcoming at all. On top of that, I was told I couldn’t purchase an item I was fully willing to pay for, and the explanation didn’t make sense. I understand places get busy, but professionalism and basic customer service shouldn’t go out the window. Having to wait that long during a limited lunch break — while feeling like an inconvenience — is not okay. I just wanted to bring this to your attention

I was at a spot next door waiting to go have some caribbean food afterwards and the closing times are falsely stated on the door or the place closed early. bad business.

This specific restaurant never has jerk pork… ever. I have tried multiple different times in the day to come and they don’t have it. They say come early because they open at 7:30 am and you go there at that time and they say come later like 11:30. I come at noon and they don’t have it. What you going to tell me they run out of jerk pork in 30 minutes? I come at night and they don’t have it. I just got off the phone with one of the workers there just a minute ago and they still don’t have jerk pork. If you not selling the jerk pork take the stupid item off the menu.
