Good bubble tea and donuts were fresh. I would not recommend the fruit slush. Went there a second time - The kiwi slush was made all of fruit color - taste horrible. Lowered the stars.

I come here after school usually and the two ladies working there are always very kind and helpful. The donuts are fantastic and the boba is even better. 10/10, highly recommend!

Loved the apple fritter here! Must get it! Had to get a dozen donuts for someone and got half dozen for myself. Apple fritter counted as 2 donuts and well worth it, it’s huge with those crispy edges. Glazed, old fashioned great too. Some areas to sit and savory breakfast sandwiches avail. I also got a latte but it was a bit too sweet, comes out of one of those machines. A dozen donuts $12.99

This was my visit and the two ladies working there were so sweet one of the lady even recommended some amazing croissants and doughnuts. Highly recommended for soft warm and fluffy doughnuts also heard that their boba tea is amazing.

Donuts were exactly as expected and everyone enjoyed them. The service was phenomenal. If you need a quick donut or sandwich, and you want fair pricing, this is a great little spot.
