Doolittle's

We came here for supper and shared the ribeye steak. The steak was very tender and had a great flavor. If Im being honest, it did have a good bit of fat but was still good. If not for a little bit too much fat I would have given it a 5 star. Again, it was still good! We got the garlic mashed potatoes and they were very good. The green beans were not bad as well. We also ordered a side of mac & cheese. It was good and was very cheesy. The weather was great, so we sit out on the patio and enjoyed the outside. The waitress did a great job as well. We will come back.

Food was absolutely delicious! The crabcakes were perfect no fillers and chunky meat the potatoes were crispy not greasy. Crabcakes reminded me of home from Maryland ❤️ SheCrab Soup was delicious not heavy or overly rich.

You can't find mussels at many restaurants. They were delicious. The sauce could have been thicker but the taste was good.

I haven't been to DL in awhile but we always enjoy it when we go...Hoitt? and Amanda are amazing. I jumped on to check out the reviews since I hadn't been in awhile. I will certainly be going soon and will always support the restaurant simply for the professional responses from the owner to these reviews. Nothing turns me off a business faster than reading reviews where the owner is calling the consumer a liar or attempting to argue with them. No, the customer isn't always right and sometimes there is a fault on both sides. If a manager or owner chooses to respond, just offer an apology for the experience and offer to talk with the customer "offline" about it.. So thank you being polite and professional as well as showing that your customer's business means something to you.

Stopped here last night for dinner after reading the reviews. Where we ever in for a surprise. The cook took such loving care of our food order, he must have spent ages preparing it. When our food order arrived & was placed in front of us, all we could do was stare at it. It looked scary, fries old, limp & not a sign of crispness anywhere to be found in this sad mess of so called fries. They were over cooked & some of the poorest fries we had ever had the misfortune of seeing. However more wonderful food was on the plate, yep 4 very sad overcooked fish. The batter was burnt but the fish inside was slimey on the inside. If this is what is classed as good food around the area then have at it. I would not recommend this establishment as food is sub par. We also ordered the Fried Calama
