INCREDIBLE new spot on the edge of downtown Truckee! Top notch food, service, and atmosphere. What more could you ask for We got the España pizza, mixed green salad, white sauce pasta and eggplant dip appetizer. All were perfectly seasoned with a unique twist of flavor that made every dish familiar but stand out in its own way. It felt like the ingredients were super high quality - wouldn’t be surprised / saw some ingredients in the kitchen that looked imported from Italy for that authentic taste. Did not feel heavy / weighed down after the meal. Also their wine selection was incredible - would just come back for that! The service was top notch - every table was full but I never felt like we didn’t get attention from our awesome waiter or food came out slow or anything. Super impressive

Soooo impressed by the new addition to the Dopo/CoffeeBar Family. Everything we ordered was so delicious and unique. Generous servings. So flavorful….we tried Apps, Pizza and Pasta to share and dessert and would order it all again every week! Service was also “on point” (which is hard for Truckee as a local). Thank you Tyler for all the recommendations and attentiveness. Looking forward to making this his a regular.

Anyone who knows me, knows that for the past 27 years I have complained that the pizza throughout California was somewhere between inedible and disgusting. Also, for an area so well known for the growing of tomatoes the sauce made from these tomatoes and sold here in Northern California was incredibly bothersome. Friends and family no longer wanted to hear my complaints so they requested that I no longer eat any red sauce (gravy) at restaurants . That all ended the other night when I and nine friends celebrated my 60th birthday 3 doors down from my home.(400 feet) l DOPO is the reason! Their crust was thin, crispy and full of bubbles. We ordered six pies two appetizers and salad there was nothing that they served that was not exceptional. I went more traditional to just taste the crust and

This place was phenomenal! My group and I sincerely enjoyed our food and dining experience. Will be back for sure. We ordered these and ate them family style: - Caesar Salad - Bolognese Pasta - Tony's NYC Pizza You will be very happy if your order those. :) We also loooved our waiter Tyler. He was attentive and engaging.
