Doshi Sushi and Korean Cuisine

When you walk into Doshi Sushi and Korean Cuisine, the first thing you notice is how amazing it smells. It’s a small spot, but the owner welcomed us right away, and we were seated immediately since we came just before the lunch rush. Her friendliness truly set the tone, so warm and kind. The service was really nice. The food took a little time, but we honestly didn’t mind because we were chatting, and when everything came out, it was absolutely worth the wait. We ordered the bulgogi bowl and a few sushi rolls to try a mix of things, and everything tasted so fresh and delicious. Overall, it was such a lovely experience. Great food, friendly people, and a cozy atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

We love coming here. The service is amazing and Luna is phenomenal. She helps us with any recommendations and she has an amazing personality. The food is soooo good and their miso hits every time. I personally get the bulgogi hot bowl and i love it. You get a lot of food for the price. We get full everytime!

Came here for the first time on a recommendation and can’t believe I didn’t know this place existed. The food is incredibly authentic and high quality — clean ingredients, no MSG, and easily one of the best rolls I’ve had. As a Korean, it’s honestly hard to find food that’s both authentic and made clean in this area and I usually have to travel to Austin for that, so I’m really glad I found this spot locally. The prices are unbeatable for the quality you’re getting. This place is truly a hidden gem. It’s run by a lovely couple, and you can tell they really care about what they do. Highly recommend supporting this local small business.

Hands down the best Sushi restaurant in Killeen. You can’t get fresher seafood than this. Food is delicious and restaurant is very clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Loved the food! Make sure to check it out!

This is our go-to sushi spot in Killeen. Owners are sweet and very friendly. Sushi and sashimi are always fresh. If you like high quality sushi and sashimi, this is the best spot! The Udon Carbonara is really good too! Highly recommend!!!
