I’ve been a loyal customer at Pantano's for quite a while now, and I’ve always loved their bagels. They used to be fresh, soft on the inside . However, over the past few days, I’ve noticed a big change, and unfortunately not for the better. The bagels haven’t been the same. they’ve had a very chewy, hard texture that makes them difficult to enjoy. Instead of that fresh, just baked feel, they seem dense and almost stale. It’s really disappointing because consistency is one of the main reasons I kept coming back. I’m not sure if there has been a change but the quality has definitely declined recently. I truly hope this is just a temporary issue because I’ve always enjoyed coming here and would hate to see standards slip. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that it helps, because I’d lov

From the second that I arrived at the establishment I could tell the food would be good. The place was maintained very well, and the workers were very polite and helpful. The bagels bring me back memories to my old days in Brooklyn. The coffee was fresh and I would definitely recommend eating at this establishment!!! A++++

Ever since starting working in Freeport, i've been frequent in this place for breakfast and lunch quite often, they have excellent food, excellent quality and the best bacon cream cheese.I've ever had.

Pantanos!! This is the spot for bagels in the nearby area. Their options include bagel varieties with Oreo, Doritos, french toast, pizza and bacon egg and cheese. And yeahs just the bagel and doesn’t include what you can put inside! The pictures show you they have everything you need- pastries, breads, spreads and salads. The line is always line but don’t let it deter you! They work with Too Good To Go to help reduce food waste. And when my brother ordered bagels to bring back to his military base, they gave him 36 bagels and made him pay for 12. This is a good local spot that deserves your business!
