I had made the mistake of going back to this establishment to purchase a takeout order. I had dinner guests over to my house and I ordered three dinner plates.. as well as other side orders... I ASKED FOR EXTRA DUCK SAUCE AND EXTRA MUSTARD...... I RECEIVED TWO LITTLE MUSTARDS THAT ARE THE SIZE OF MY THUMB!!!???.. so I called back politely and asked to speak to the owner or the manager let them know what I had ORDERED.. and what I had ASKED FOR...... and the woman actually starts arguing with me saying I should count out the number of sauces that I want??!!! absolutely absurd!!!Listen to customers orders!! and respect your customers!!! The same "woman" who always answers the phone is wildly RUDE... ALWAYS!.. just read ALL the other people's reviews about this "woman"! Truly the wicked witch

The food was good but not impressed with the service. I ordered 2 orders of lo main and 1 SM crab ragons, (pretty sure they charged me for a LG) went back out to my car and only 1 lo main. I go in to correct it and the women proceeds to argue that I only ordered 1 until finally I just said well can I just buy it again? She said yes and I got the 2nd lo main

This place has been a Chinese food staple in Everett for my entire life. Take out and delivery only. They introduced me to the dinner combo plate concept! As a local you know the quirks about the place....if a woman answers the phone, speak loudly and pronounce clearly. Her mood has nothing to do with me or you....idc just get the order right pls n ty. You want fresh rice? Don't order the pork. They say 25 minutes but don't be surprised when they show up after only 15! Drivers are always friendly and courteous. The FOOD is always piping hot fresh and delicious. I never order from anywhere else.

So gross my boyfriend’s lip is swollen because they used so much msg in the sauce. He used to love orange chicken until this place. Let’s also talk about how they use the pink sweet and sour sauce as orange chicken sauce. YUCK

Ordered chow mein and got this this nasty mush 1/10. Got sweet and sour chicken and it was chicken with a super thick batter and sauce just drizzled on top 2/10. Chicken wings have always been great from here 9/10. But both the rice and lo mein are super greasy and not great 4/10. The duck sauce came super watered down. Overall do not recommend.
