The owner is so sweet! She and her husband are so friendly and nice. Come for the food and for the conversations ^^ she makes great drinks! They have delicious ice cream flavors and a great way to get out of the sun - come check it out! Also check out these fruit arrangements! So beautiful - she does it all by herself. Ask about these packages! Also, look at these ice cream flavors - cinnamon churro and cotton candy! You gotta check it out.

First time visiting with my kiddo. Great customer service, delicious sweet treat, super convenient access in the mall. 10/10 will come again!

Dragon Treats recently moved their location from downstairs near the food court in Regency Square mall to upstairs near the entrance by Starbucks. It has boba, sweet treats and more. I tried their boba recently and it was good. They have a lot of flavors! You can even choose how sweet you want it to be. I chose their honey one with honey popping boba. They have milk shakes as well. Their banana Nutella one tastes great. If you’re looking for some boba and/ or dessert then this is a nice little place to try.

If there's a heaven I hope the kind lady who made this lives in there forever. I've ascended and divinity has blessed my tastebuds. The price of my religious experience only cost $5.50 or so. I got the cookies & cream mixed w/ reese's and topped w/ white chocolate chips & mini mochi !! The rolled ice cream was amazing & the boba was great too (plus you can mix 2 flavors AND you have lactose-free options for drinks & ice cream!). I don't think I've ever finished ice cream as fast as I did earlier. Definitely coming back!! Best rolled Ice cream in the RVA area hands down. They also have milkshakes, crêpes, Boba tea slush, and other sweet snacks as well !!

Oh. My. Gosh. All the sweet treats you could possibly want. Apple crepe was fresh and fruity. Mt son really enjoyed the caramel rolled ice cream. Very creamy and dense. Portions are HUGE. Fun and friendly service.
