Drift Kitchen & Bar - Hutchinson Shores Resort

Drift is located inside the Hutchinson resort and spa located right on the beach. It's great to take a walk after you eat and come back for dessert. It's decorated beautifully for the season. I have enjoyed brunch and dinner here. On Sunday they have a 30 minutes break between 11 and 11:30 so plan accordingly. If you decide to eat outside, you should know your cocktails will be served in plastic. Just to keep us safe as there is a pool. The pasta is made in house. Absolutely delicious 😋. The spinach and artichoke appetizer is sooo good. I have been here a few times and will be back.

Very nice place. The service was great! Gio was very attentive for him being so busy. We started with drinks, which were made well. Our appetizer was the Philly cheese steak egg rolls. They were tasty but a bit cold inside. We then ordered the meatballs. They were okay but a not warm. The sauce had no hotness to it so we sent the meatballs back. For our entrées we had the Bolenese and the Tuscan chicken. Both were delicious and HOT!!. I would eat there again. I loved the view of the ocean from our table. The chocolate lava cake was PHENOMENAL. Everyone was very kind.

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely resort and dining here several times during our stay. The food and the service at Drift was amazing. The food was incredible as well as the service. Absolutely delicious we had poke apps, wedge salad,grouper,pork belly carbonara,pork chop and cheese cake! Everything was absolutely delicious except the pork chop was over smoked that's all you could taste. Giovanni our waiter was awesome extremely knowledgeable helpful and very courteous I highly recommend this place and the atmosphere is to die for unbelievable!!!!

What a delightful place to dine and soak in the ambiance of the beach. The gentle sound of the waves creates a truly relaxing atmosphere for a meal. It's wonderful to have such a beautiful setting to enjoy delicious food and company. The sun and sand add a special charm to the entire experience. This is certainly a memorable spot for a perfect getaway.
