Drifters Marina and Grill

We're with the family over by copperopolis to take a quick weekend getaway over by the lake house. This place is only a minute away and it's a very popular local place for lunch and dinner. I highly recommend their burgers. And if you're into a palate adventure, try their drifters burger with PB&J!

We are from out of town and it cost $40 to launch your boat there! Drifters Marina isn't an easy location to access and there is no turn around. You have to back in from the street. Unless you are an owner, you have to park a looooong ways away. The one dirt parking lot for guests had cars and trailers there, with no way to turn around. Had to unhitch just to park both truck and trailer in different locations. Wasn't impressed with Lake Tulloch either. The shores are too rocky to beach the boat to let dogs out to swim. Way too much stuff floating the water too. Very few areas to go fast, so those areas are congested with boats and jet skis. Wouldn't go back. New Malones is much better for just boating.

My friends and I went to Drifters last Sunday. The location is so good, it's right by the water, so you get really nice views during sunset time. Highly recommend. The live band music was good! Amazing food at this restaurant! I come here every time I am in Copperopolis and the food is always consistent! The service was also top notch and fun! 5 stars for our experience, made our night!

The absolute coolest servers, great place to eat. The drinks were spot on too!!! Thank you ladies for being so dang awesome 👌 👏 👍 we will soon ya soon!

So glad I happened upon this place! Perfect stop on my road trip to Sonora then Bridgeport. Nice AC inside, serene lakefront views outside with a tiki bar decor. Friendly staff and delicious food. Got my road trip vacay off right!
