The customer service here is some of the worst I’ve literally ever seen. We are from out of state and my sister wanted to add this place to the itinerary as she loves Dubai chocolate with strawberries. When we originally walked up to this shop, we were told sorry we’re out of chocolate. This place is specifically a Dubai chocolate place. How are you out of the main ingredient? She then said to come back in 30 minutes. We said that’s fine because at this point, we weren’t upset and we’re trying to have a good trip. We came back about 40 minutes later and she said none of the equipment is working. As we watch her eat Dubai chocolate, and strawberries out of a cup. Then before coming back again, 30 minutes later we watched her from the balcony serve other people and took a photo just to show

I am visiting here and I found this place and I love it. It is great, the strawberries are perfect and the chocolate is rich in taste and the pistachio mix is perfect too. 5/5 for me definitely should try and do recommend.

No kid sizes, soggy strawberries and low quality chocolate. It is literally a 16 oz cup of messy chocolate with strawberries that tasted like they were stored in syrup. My 3 y/o had one bite and spit it back into the cup.

This is such a big time get over they give you full cup of a strawberry and a little bit of chocolate little bit of pistachio $17 not even worth seven dollars that’s rip off

We stopped here while on vacation at the harbor. Yeah it’s expensive, but everyone should treat themselves when they’re on vacation. This was chocolate and strawberries, we also bought the cheesecake as well. Both were amazing and I would recommend both, you won’t be disappointed!
