D's Caribbean and American food location on N 22nd Street has great food that makes the whole store smell so good. You get hungry even more just standing waiting for the food to finish cooking. Everything was delicious! The shrimp pasta had amazing flavor and the sauce was perfect. The sweet potatoes were seasoned just right, the collard greens were tender, and the rice & peas were really good. But that jerk chicken? Oh my God — so tender, so flavorful, fall-off-the-bone good. I’ll definitely order again!

Will never order again. Got the curry chicken platter with Mac n cheese curry rice and peas and candied yams the Mac n cheese was burnt at the bottom also they tasted like they were left over the candied yams had a very strange taste to them kind of like a waxy taste really hard to explain. I’m just so disappointed I couldn’t even give the food to my dog I had to throw it out

The one guy is disrespectful and not professional. I ordered two platters and they didn’t send my sides with my order. I called and the guy was super nonchalant, told me he had so many things to do and kept me on the phone without saying anything. Then when I ask what can he do , he said nothing. I have been ordering from them left to right and now I’m done. They are also stingy with their meat portions. This meal look like it’s for a damn dog. Shame on them! Will never support them again

Ouuu I’m so mad right now i paid 26$ for the worst oxtails ever, they’re burnt, can’t even chew them no gravy or nothing. The sides were ok but I wouldn’t recommend ever ordering there oxtails.. I know how to make them myself really good so I’m erked & pregnant.
