The worst accountant I have ever had the displeasure of working with. After Scott Deshazer sold his portion of the office or was forced out (nothing was ever made clear to clients) everything went down hill. Scott's accounts were not followed up on. The agent assigned to my parents account Lloyd Fillis is incompetent. I provided information to him via email on multiple occasions which he promptly lost and asked for again. I forwarded and reforwarded emails on multiple occasions finally having to loop in the administrator to get anything taken care of. I was told that taxes had been filed and completed when they were not. Paperwork was dropped off at the office that was lost and had to be recreated only to be found weeks later.
