Dirty and the hotdogs were absolutely terrible. They were very rubbery the buns were stale and believe it or not they had a hint of pink bubble gum flavor. Quite small dogs as well not worth the five dollars, I honestly tossed them. Worst hotdogs I have ever had the misfortune of buying
We went to this Duchess after a birthday party in Milford, CT! I always recommend the Double Cheeseburger from there. I would also try their curly fries. Both of them are really, really good. Trust me, you'll like it. Then, for dessert, I always recommend the whoopie pie. That, right there, is good, and melts in your mouth. The photos below will show you the great time I had. The workers were nice, they had Christmas music playing, and, most importantly, it was a vibe! I would definitely come again!
The breakfast sandwich sausage was 2 links split in half on a huge bun. Taste was alright, but I left off the top bun and folded everything into the lower half of the bun. Hashbrowns were Fantastic
I can still remember my first Big D with cheese. Probably around 1976. Best damn burger I ever had compared to the big names in town. Maraczi's Duchess after taking the neighborhood kids to Wonderland of Ice. Doesn't get better than that !
Always go here. Foods usually good. However, tonight had the spaghetti and meatballs. While I know its not high end but....some suggestions.....the meatballs are the cheapest pre made you can get. Horrible. No flavor. Go up a few notches for the better quality. Pasta was fine except swam in water. Like wasnt drained enough. Sauce? Hmmmm it isn't. It's canned crushed tomatos like a half ladle dumped on the pasta. Salad was great as always. Bread was white bread. Its usually a piece of Italian bread but maybe they ran out.if you are going to make pasta, at least make a decent multi use sauce with 7/11 crushed toamtos and some seasonings and simmer......and hit the next level of pre made meatballs.
