2/15 2:30 pm main st norwalk ct. Just got home with 4 2/$5 hot dogs with bacon looked and tasted funny. Noticed the roll had visible blue mold on it. Please check your food. Hope I don't get sick.

It's Duchess! Hot, fresh, and consistent for as long as I can recall. Big D cheeseburger but spot on and the onion rings were nice and crispy. Location is clean and staff is friendly and quick.

First timer for this Chain and will likely be the last. Got the Bacon Cheddar BBQ Burger and it wasn't very good. Was a little tasteless, yet had an off taste at the same time if that makes sense. Fries were cold. Asked for no ice in my soda and ended up being all ice.

The food when you go in person is good. They are very lousy when you order online. It seems like they don’t care because they know that you aren’t going to see them in person which is annoying, but I love the tuna melt. Very good when you go in person and they toast the bread with butter and MELT the cheese

First time here. I don't get places that don't automatically put cheese in their omlettes. Like what? I got a western omlette. Was asked if I wanted meat. Confused why ham wasn't automatically in it but ordered ham. And I chuckled when I saw that it was just chilling on the top of the omlette. Lol I gave lesser stars for service because the person at the front counter couldn't tell me what something was. Also the menu says comes with coffee, but apparently omlettes don't come with coffee. The signage is confusing.
