Duck Donuts

Duck Donuts are incredibly delicious, offering a wide variety of options, and some can even be custom-made, which is awesome! They're always unique, sweet, and served warm. However, their cappuccino is not very good. I love their donuts, but I dislike their coffee. The cappuccino I received today was mostly warm milk, even though I asked for two extra shots of espresso. Unfortunately, it was a terrible cappuccino, but the donuts are amazing! I recommend sticking with the donuts unless you send your employees to barista school. On a positive note, the customer service was great; I was greeted with a smile and given plenty of patience while I decided what to order.

I never write reviews, but I just had to because of how incredible the customer service is here. Specifically by the two young ladies here in the mornings. They always are the sweetest and willing to take their time to answer any questions I have. It's very rare these days to get that kind of service without the employees acting annoyed but I have never had that problem by those two. They deserve all the praise!! 🙏🏿🙏🏿

Warm and tasty but I think I just had an expectation of something slightly more "Grand".

I stopped there this morning to grab a couple of donuts, my order came out $5.23 I gave the cashier $5.28, she looked confused, and I said here that way you can just give me a nickel back. She then said that now my order was $5.25 which I said the screen says $5.23. She then tells me that they don't accept pennies anymore. I asked why? At that time someone that I believe was a store manager walked over and it said that it was store policy not to accept pennies anymore. At that point I said fine give me my money back and I'll go somewhere else. I will not be returning there again. I understand it is a private business and that is their choice but if they're going to make it their store policy not to accept certain US currency they should have it posted on the door or in the store somewhere.

I ordered donuts over the weekend for my banquet on the 11th. Told be they would be ready by 3:30. Got there, paid 24 dollars plus a tip and the donuts were done sloppily with icing on the outside of the box, and random clumps of icing on top of the donuts. I would have asked for it to be remade , but I was already late to my banquet so I asked for a refund. The lady was very understanding and didn’t get upset I wanted a refund. I believe she just forgot about my order and started rushing, but I needed the donuts to look presentable because it was going to be served to others. I would have rather be late to the banquet and the donuts look beautiful and presentable than be late and have the donuts thrown together. She was a sweet young lady and I feel like it was a mistake, thankfully I had
