Dulce Tropical Restaurant & Café

We were visiting Florida and i was craving good Venezuelan food and wanted my husband from India to try this food and we absolutely LOVED IT ❤️ the employees also were so nice and had a nice chit chat with us about Venezuelan culture and food. Definitely recommend

Portions for the entrees were extremely small. The soup—DRENCHED in oil. No edible at all. Salad had no croutons. The rice was absolutely not fresh. It was leftover or old rice. Empanadas and arepas look fresh. As a fellow Venezuelan, I was very disappointed. It may have been because I ordered out because my food was nothing like the dine in. The arepas and empanadas look delicious though.

I visited this restaurant twice this week after discovering them on Google Maps. The food is fresh, tastes great and the waiters who I encountered, Darwin and Oriana are very attentive and polite. My new favorite spot for lunch.

Fantastic! Highly recommend the cachapas, but everything on the menu looks great! And the staff were very friendly! We’ll definitely be back
