Duluth Public Parking

Horrendous as a resident even though it's still the best option. Parking contract says first floor is for residents but none of the public signs say that anywhere so people using it temporarily typically take up the first spots that are meant for us. Good amount of security patrolling though, so it is safe feeling.

The parking here is horrible!! I’m sure they are doing the best they can! I wish they would figure out something or give us a little break on the tickets!!
