My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here, and the food was wonderful! They had a little bit of a delay in preparing our table but promptly and proactively provided us sparkling wine for while we waited. I loved everything we ordered, and we very much look forward to coming back soon.

This was one of the best fine dining experiences I've ever had. The food and service were impeccable. I highly recommend the pork chop and lump crab cakes. The drinks were also very good. The bartender was excellent. He came.from behind the bar to recommend a better drink choice than the one I made and he war right. If you're ever in the Charlottesville area I highly recommend this place!!

Im always looking for a place to take friends/family when they come visit, think I found it. Where to begin, an absolutely comforting and elegant dinner experience from the moment you walk in. Kat was our waitress, super knowledgeable with excellent service skills. Everything she recommended including the desserts were immaculate. Our Somm was so great and taught us so much, dropped factoids in and making the wine experience fun. Musts: - the fried quail was phenomenal, first time having quail and it was just out of this world. - can vouch for the strip, tuna, tenderloin, & duck. Haven’t tried the rest but based on how good the entree’s we did try were, you can’t go wrong. - coconut cake is the best way to end the night.

My boyfriend and I came in for our anniversary and the service was just impeccable. The staff added personal touches that added to our wonderful evening! The food was delicious and affordable and the environment was the perfect mix of upscale and homey. Our waitress was kind, personable, and went above and beyond (as did the pastry chef!).

Great little gem in C-Ville. Pork chops were outstanding. Nice wine list, casual feel as it used to be a house. Chef does a great job, you can’t go wrong here with anything on the menu. Went back for another fabulous dinner. If the pork chop is on the menu, it’s a must have. Come with fried jalapeño Mac n cheese. And the baked baked salmon was pretty good, not anything over the top. Overall, still a great experience and well worth the time.
