Dunkin'

ordered a medium drink with less ice, I pull up to be given a cup that does not look like it has less ice, I asked for them to plz give me less ice, I get a cup back that looks like they just took out the ice with their hands and just changed the lids. they should have made my drink right the first time, and instead of giving me good customer service I have a lady screaming at me telling me she’ll have to charge me extra for more cold foam, when I just want what I paid for, a MEDIUM drink not a small. that lady needs to learn about a customer service

The service was terrible at the time of ordering, the cups had icing all over them when they handed me them after touching the cash register…not so sure that they’re changing gloves…And there was HAIR IN MY CUP! When I called to ask for a refund, they acted like that couldn’t have happened. So gross!

Many yrs before this was a very good establishment, now is a joke for most employees there. Only a few give a dame of the food and drinks they're preparing. The manager is the worst. Instead of training employees well, making sure everything is clean and most importantly the preparation of the food and drinks are made correctly. The manager insults the employees with racial remarks, makes fun of them humiliating the employees and the store is a disgrace filthy. I don't know how this Dunkin' has stayed open. I suggest to go to another Dunkin' or another coffee ☕️ shop.

First time stopping at this store. They were all working so hard to keep up and doing well. On Saturday the lady at the cash register was just so sweet.i wish I had gotten her name, I think it was something like Tiva? The breakfast sandwiches were good for fadt food

Never in my life did I have such an awful experience I asked for 12 dozen donuts with icing & sprinkles. Not a single donut had icing & sprinkles in fact not only did I not get the donuts I wanted but they managed to pick all the donuts I don't eat! Witch is hard because I love donuts and there are few I won't eat . I am adding a photo also to show the absolute atrocious choice in donuts I received . I know they are just donuts but this is not ok !
