Dunkin'

I ordered during a busy morning, so I didn’t mind the wait. However. The staff was quick to make drinks and food but didn’t have any order or structure for sending them out. My order was ready but no one called out any names or number. The older and bitter staff completely ignored customer requests. The lady that completed my order just left the bag with all my food in their area until it got cold. Didn’t bother calling out my name or number. Then a completely different worker finally saw it and decided it was time to call out my number. I worked in fast food, my old manager would’ve been appalled at what I saw. Side note, the whole morning crew was Indian.

I went to this Dunkin today & I placed order online 1 medium iced coffee & 1 hashbrown. I requested the worker there to put extra extra ice on my coffee. But when they gave my coffee it was watery I’ve attached pictures here the man who is down he made my coffee I then said it does look like there extra ice I then said if you don’t mind can you please put the same coffee on a large cup with extra ice I don’t need extra coffee he said you have to pay $2.50 for the cup I goes why? This is too much he then took my coffee I said $2.50 it’s illegal it’s not the rules he then said up to you & was really rude and talk shit about me with the other man he’s from my country so I understand the language! I don’t understand how these man are working here no manor doesn’t know how to talk to a customer

Stopped here bright and early on my way to work. Was excited to see that the muffins I'd ordered were fresh and warm. Pulled them apart, however, to find that they were disgustingly undercooked. I've received cold egg wake-up wraps from this location, too, and stale donuts on other occasions. Totally unbelievable. Where is the quality control? I've never had this problem at other Dunkin locations, so it must be poor management or training. This location needs better oversight. I won't be coming here again.

I’m so disappointed with this location,it’s the third time that I’m getting my order all wrong ,I’m drinking coffee with no sugar it taste so bad , they need to focus on what they are doing. I won’t be going back there again.

Update: this D&D has bad bad coffee now, their coffee is watered down. Not sure if its their machine but its pretty bad, changing ratings as i contacted corporate the owner and nothing has changed. Dont waste your money here. D&D has a big problem, they are not consistent with their lattes in the NYC area. I noticed outside of NY, coffee is definitely stronger. Not sure if maybe the machines can be rigged to dispense less coffee for better profits but they lost my business i was a heavy latte drinker at this particular D&D.
