Dunkin'

2nd time they’ve made me late for work. I place a mobile order 10 minutes ahead and i show up ( it’s not busy ) and it’s still not ready for another 10 minutes. Then today when I go in to ask my finance what the hold up is and we’re visibly upset. One of the workers says “Not you guys again”. Very rude and unprofessional on top of making us late for work more than once .

Had a gut feeling this was a mistake and it was. They charged me for someone else's item, proceeded to charge me for mine. And couldn't do the refund. The cashier was also wiping their face then served my munckins. I know it's busy but pay attention. Next time I'll spend more and hit up Grounds.

This is not the first time this happens. Today I ordered a coffee with 2 sugars get back home and there's no sugar. Some of the people I know have stopped going in because of this. You never get your coffee the same way twice. I like giving shops a chance but it's getting ridiculous. I am very annoyed. I would give them no stars but the app doesn't let me. Go to another store if you want your coffee done right

I had reviewed this Dunkin once before and it was a particularly unfavorable review. However, this place has made a complete turnaround, due to the outstanding level of customer service by the early morning crew! It's a small thing, but when the crew knows you by name and by your usual order, it means a lot to the customer. This crew has it nailed. They are always friendly even though they are very busy, they always greet me when I come in and always have some friendly banter. They start off the day in such a positive way I felt I had to change my review. Thanks!

Used to be my go to. Now you need to pre order 15+ minutes ahead, they can't run food and drinks at the same time, and if you're in a time crunch, skip it. 9/21: Waited 24 minutes for a single drink.
