Dunkin'

I’ve ordered here 3x this week, the location is convenient to grab my drink right before work. But I’ll choose another location, because these workers haven’t gotten my drink right a single time. Food is fine though.

This was my spot for breakfast since 2011 . But as of resent the morning crew is not it for me. My drinks are not what it should be they mess the drinks up. But the afternoon and evening crew do a great job. Hopefully it gets back to what it was. Because I just will wait till afternoon to get a drink when passing here now. Or go to Jennifer across the street and get some coffee.

Look at the pictures how dirty the place . It’s a good place and floor , trash bin is so dirty . So messy . No one cares about it. Should take care of this matter ! They should not run business like that . Owner should put more concern on this ! this place is getting worst day by day ! i am a regular customer of that store and also its near of my home & office and that's used to my everyday breakfast & coffee place but unfortunately i stopped due to the bad service. service grade is getting lower day by day !! most of the time counter is unattended or if any one there she is very busy taking order at the same time talking with her co workers !! mostly i noticed they talk in themselves and ignore the customers at the counter ! service ladies are very lazy or slow. not energetic at all. t

Hi my nickname is Bianca i come here everyday to the point that they know who i am and my drink order without me even asking. Real recognizes real! Lol clean place and they are usually always clean and the staff super friendly. Would like to thank the staff for always starting my mornings off great. Coffee / breakfast is what starts your day and im glad they understand that energy transfers. Been going here everyday for almost 2 yrs now. Thanks Dunkin Jamaica Ave 🥰
