Dunkin'

Staff is so nice and always gets my order right. Literally 10/10. Also I love how they enforce a 20min seating rule because it’s not fair for others who want to sit and can’t sit because someone is taking up a seat for hours. 10/10!

This is a quick and efficient Dunkin location. I place mobile orders for pick up just in case there is a line during morning rushes. The crew makes my order correctly and the coffee tastes great! I love simple gestures of offering a free donut when something I ordered is unavailable. It’s not expected but I really appreciate it and it makes my day. This location doubled as a Baskin Robins so if you need an ice cream fix you can get the best of both worlds here.

In agreement To the most recent comment on here someone else found hair in their food. I just went to Dunkin tonight and got a drink. There was hair under the lid and in the cup. The staff tried to blame me and say it was my hair and it wasn’t because number one how could my hair get inside the cup? Also, my hair was tied up and I have brown hair, not black straight hair. The man who served me was very rude I tried to change my drink order, not a completely different order just a different flavor of juice and he was very rude about that. Then when I got my new drink, it was spiked with sugar after that I had to leave the store, he kept giving me dirty looks. I felt very uncomfortable. It’s like you can’t make a small complaint and you just have to take what you get even if it’s disgusting.

The staff greeted me nicely so no complaints there but I do want to make a suggestion. The workers should all have hair nets on at all times. I went home and found not one but two straight hairs in my food and no, my hair isn’t straight! Gross!

There are three ladies that work in the morning that are great. They are always pleasant. I went this afternoon 2/1 in the heavy snow and there was a man which I assume is the manager. At first he was pleasant , but I had a minor complaint about the coffee I had. I asked for a midnight and he gave me regular. When I tried to correct him , his pleasant nature turned into an aggressive one. He asked if I want regular and I said No , I would like midnight and the one I had was not midnight (Not to mention the coffee was like warm) He told me with an aggressive attitude "hurry up, I have customers. " I asked for my money back in a polite manner right away because I paid for a midnight coffee so I expect to get what I asked for , if what I ask for can not be accommodated then say that. Good cu
