Dunkin'

This is my first one star review on Google. This was a waste of $11. I ordered two signature white chocolate lattes. One had no taste, the other they made ice after I changed my drink order to get a hot latte and when I mentioned that they were obviously annoyed which I understand. However, the replacement drink they gave me was half full and I don’t think was made with an alternative milk. If you need coffee before the train I can’t recommend coming here because I just wasted my own money for bad coffee and pretty poor service

I use the app to pre order here. Let me tell you, this location is the best. Its ready as soon as I get there, they make it exactly as you ordered it and the staff is so nice

My order is simple, it’s hard to mess up, so it is up to Dunkin standard in that sense. However, I do not think staff is aware that they work at a train station and that people may be in a rush/ trying to catch a train. Zero sense of urgency from them, ever.

The food is good, the only complaint I have is the timing making the food needs to be better managed. Ordered food 10-15 before the 5:31 train and got the food 1 minute before the train left. Not only did it take a long time, half of our order wasn't even bagged up so I only got half of what I paid for.

Asked for green tea got regular black tea, ask for creamer in coffee got milk, service person rushed order trying to ring up when we were deciding on a second food item. Our regular guy wasn’t there who is great but the server Rahaj was seriously lacking in customer service,
