Dunkin'

The employee handed me an extra large hot coffee in a clearly defective cup. Steaming hot coffee went all over my hands, my sister's hands, and my car. I have yet to hear back from them concerning this. Terrible terrible customer service both in the store and in the office.

Recently went by and the man working didnt seem to understand anything. Maybe about 30min for my orderand had people honking. We were in drive through. I decided to come inside and see theres only ONE person working. He didnt know English, his boss was on the phone trying to help. I wasnt able to cancel my order cause he didnt know english. I went inside and spoke to the boss on the phone, this man is the ONLY person working, he doesnt speak english AND he told me sorry he is new. New people are with trainers, he wasnt. I really feel bad and upset the amount of stress he was in. He did all he can to get our order and even if it was little wrong it didnt bother me. What bothered me is THE LACK OF STAFF AND JUST ONE NEW EMPLOYEE. He tried his best but the amount of stress this poor man expir

Worst customer service ever. Particularly the drive thur member. Yapping with co workers the entire time while taking my order. Had to repeat my order few times just to make sure he gets it right and still it was incorrect then tries to blame it on the customer instead of apologizing just stay away from these people especially the drive thru clown.

10/10. They make my matcha latte with cereal milk just right without it being overly sweet 😩🙏🏾
