Dunkin'

Absolutely fantastic team! I couldn't order through the app with a large order, so they took the order over the phone and started it while I was on my way (8 minutes out to be precise). When I arrived it was already packed up and ready even though it was pretty busy with 8-10 people in line. The line moved quickly and I was able to add on another item that was ready in under 2 minutes. Cannot recommend this location highly enough!

I've only stopped here twice now on my travels and they are amazing and upbeat and courteous and kind and enthusiastic and efficient--every time! This has quickly become my go-to stop. I am grateful for them and such a positive start to my day and travels.

I stopped by to grab a quick breakfast. Ordered the sesame bagel, hash browns and orange juice. The bagel was okay, too raw for my taste should have been toasted a bit more, hash browns were good in flavor but soggy. However the atmosphere was good! They had the store nicely decorated for Valentine's Day, the drink machine was fully stocked, the condiments section was fully stocked, and the restaurant was clean. 4 star atmosphere with 3 star food and okay customer service.

I’ve NEVER been to a DD where the staff, customer service and cleanliness was TOP NOTCH. Our cashier/attendant was incredibly kind and friendly. I also spoke with the manager, Denise praising her staff, environment and leadership. Every Dunkin needs to replicate this store!

I order a Dunkalatte and Green Tea on 5/23 around 1pm. The Dunkallatte has hair in it, and the green tea was bitter. This is the second time I’ve received a drink where I specified sweetener but didn’t receive any. In the grand scheme of things the tea isn’t a big deal, but I paid for a drink that I can’t enjoy. However, the hair in the latte is unsettling.
