Dunkin'

Went to opening day (100 days free coffee) I come here almost every day. Very rarely do I get the correct order. From no cold foam, no milk, no syrup flavors, no espresso and sometimes all the above. Staff is hit or miss on whether they are nice or mean and they will not remake the drink or add milk if they forget. Go somewhere else

Got a half dozen donuts and snackin bacon this morning from this new location. Donuts were fine, service took FOREVER and then this is the amount of bacon we were given for $4….this is literally two strips of bacon folded in half…I am a regular at the other Dunkin locations in Maryville and they are awesome and serve the proper portion sizes. I get that this place just opened, but wow.

Today for the first time I tried Dunkin, the lady at the drive threw was nice and patient. The service was decent until I got my drink I didn’t get a picture, but my cup was filled too the top with ice, I used to work for plenty coffee shop and I thought this was ridiculous and for what I’ve read already about the reviews this isn’t a first time thing, I decided to come in and ask nicely to see if they can take the ice out, the lady I talked to seemed annoyed that I came in, she had orange and blonde hair, she said “Just throw it away” and then started talking on the head set to the other lady again talking badly about how she had to remake the drink, she didn’t make the drink properly either. I apologized again for asking to remake it and she again muttered along of the line that’s this a

Every morning I ask for less ice and every morning it’s filled to the top with ice. I even brought it to their attention and still I keep getting three sips and a cup full of ice. Super frustrated.

So I stopped here at Dunkin’ Donuts at 4:30 in the morning there’s two little young girls working I order like numerous times a day. I’m talking from my normal Dunkin’ Donuts. I order a chai tea latte with four packs of honey every day before I go to work not from the location in Alcoa though never have I had an issue with something as simple as putting some packs of honey in my chai tea latte, I request every time for four packs of honey to be put in it. I know it doesn’t mix up or dissolve, which is fine. I don’t want to get it all over my car my brand new car so I requested they put it in there. These people ask us for tips, but yeah, she’s gonna tell me she’s not allowed to put packs of honey in my drink. That is such ridiculousness. No other Dunkin’ Donuts in this county has told me t
