Dunkin'

Be careful with this Dunking Donuts; they're always selling old, hard bagels. It's not the first time. The managers are just there for fun; they don't care what you eat.

The guy there was disrespectful and refused to take my order and told the girl to take my order instead and I ordered a hot chocolate and it was cold and watered down would not recommend this place

Went to this dunkin twice. First time I ordered food through the drive through and I was handed the incorrect order. Understandably so. Went back about 20 minutes later to get coffee and went inside this time. Ordered one large coffee and one medium brown sugar shaken espresso. I received a halfassed medium brown sugar shaken espresso with no cold foam and 90% cream in my drink as well as a small coffee, not a large. Told the worker I had paid for a large and the workers had a conversation about it and the one who made the drinks blew it off and rolled her eyes. I am highly dissatisfied especially because I was the only person there ordering something. Will not be coming back.

Worst Dunkin’ I had ever been over 30min waiting for my order and when it came was wrong

Tried to reload my app and employee did not know how to do this. Had to wait for another person to reload. This person said to the first come over so I can show you how this is done. The girl did not even come over to understand the proper way to handle this reload. She just kept doing something inside a lower cabinet. Finally got 2 cappuccino and left Got onto the interstate and both were Luke warm at best. Terrible experience
