Dunkin'

I will not be going back to this Dunkin’ location. I am a customer that used to go every morning and unfortunately the last month the whole place has gone downhill. The staff is not pleasant and my food is always burnt. I gave them another try this morning and this is what my food looks like (the photos don't do it justice on how burnt it is). Never again!

i went through the drive through and when the lady handed me the drink it spilled over me cus it was overflowing, and it also got in my car which really pissed me off. theres no way u handed me that not expecting that to happen i mean it was really overflowing. and i got no apology for it or anything.

So I come here a lot because the location is very convenient, and every time I've went this year I've wanted to leave a review but decide against it because I keep wanting to give them a chance. But after having spent almost $10 on a dry sandwich and a coffee I can't even drink I'm just really annoyed. They mess up my coffee every time, I always end up with coffee flavored milk that's either too sweet or too watered down. The sandwiches always get burnt or are really dry but I don't even care about that. It's the coffee for me. I don't even blame the staff, I blame management. They aren't properly training their employees and as a former dunkin employee I can guarantee that they read these replies- so DO BETTER. train your staff properly, be present and supportive. Coffee and food are consistently good. Service has improved, it's always been polite and friendly but sometimes they'd forget an item. Not lately!

That old lady that works in the morning hates her job and takes it out on you
