Dunkin'

Everyone I get coffee here it looks like this, never stirred, everything sitting at the bottom. Every time without fail I have to ask them to remake my drink or just accept the loss. I actively go out of my way to avoid this Dunkin usually but it’s closest to my house and I don’t want to drive all the way to Endicott to get a decent coffee. PLEASE figure this out it’s been months and every time I give this Dunkin a chance again it’s the same, whether there’s new employees or not.

This is what they handed us for less ice… This is a $6 drink and it’s half empty (just for reference a gallon of whole milk is about $3). We didn’t ask for no ice, just less.

I go here just about every morning on the way to work. The staff are always polite and professional. No matter how long the line - always mine. This is the ONLY Dunkin I prefer to go to. I appreciate their team work and customer service.

The kindest staff! Service is always very quick and regardless time of day the staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating. 10/10, had a lovely woman ask how far along I am (i was holding my very obviously pregnant belly at 38 weeks) and offered me a donut🍩

I usually like the quality of the drinks at this DD, but today after two attempts, the Signature Toasted White Chocolate Latte simply tastes like plain coffee. Very disappointed.
