Dunkin'

This dunkin is excellent! The staff is so friendly in the morning!!! I usually go to the cary location on 55 but they are absolutely terrible so now I drive out of my way to come to this location. They've always greeted me at the window with a smile on their face and I'm not exaggerating. The munchkins were the freshest I've tasted in a long time and the coffee is always good.

SINCE MY REVIEW WAS DELETED: I placed a pick up order through the app because my daughter wanted some donuts and I love Dunkin’ Donuts donuts. When I picked up the box or attempted to through the drive-through, they said that I had to go inside the store twice which I said I put it through the app that I could do drive-through which they then said I can proceed to the window. Once I proceeded to the window I got the donuts and I immediately tried to give my daughter one, but it was taped of all corners. The box was completely shut. Once I got it open, I noticed that it was a whole bunch of chocolate donuts, and stale old-fashioned donuts they all looked in very bad shape. It was none of the donuts that I requested, which was sprinkle donuts glazed donuts, just all donuts that were not choc

trash experience just stop going here. i ordered my sandwich and the guy that was taking my order kept interrupting and saying he couldn’t hear me, cool. i can speak up. im thinking, great he heard me. nope, repeats my order to me and messes it up entirely. not the things i ordered at all, awesome. i repeated my order again & im thinking everything is great! i get my sandwiches and it’s literally not what i ordered. awesome. they make my sandwich AGAIN. it’s cold in the middle, great! the employees treat their job like a cool little hangout spot lmaoooo. embarrassing!

I placed a mobile order for a dozen donuts from Dunkin’ Donuts at 8 AM for my child’s birthday celebration at preschool, expecting everything to be fresh at that time of day. When I opened the box in-store to check, I was shocked to find that the donuts were not fresh, and one even looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a special occasion with kids. For an early morning order, I expected much better quality and care. Very disappointed.

There was a woman working here who was AGGRESSIVE to the workers and to me. She was extremely confusing and rude taking our order inside. The donuts were good, but it was an unpleasant experience.
