Dunkin'

Not the best Dunkins. But maybe I am spoiled by the one I usually go to in Watertown where the orders come out so quick, its like the team knows what you are going to order before you do. So this place took a long time to get my order out and the couple people before me were frustrated about their orders taking so long as well.

I ordered a sandwich and coffee online and came to the store 20 minutes later to pick up. I waited well over 30 minutes IN STORE while others got their orders and left. They kept saying it’ll be out soon but by the time my sandwich came out my hot coffee was cold. Don’t bother ordering here.

The past 3 Sunday Mornings I have ordered an Iced coffee and Muffin on the mobile app between 6:15-6:30 am all 3 times my coffee was wrong and the muffin has been cold and stale!! Today before I left I actually checked the muffin and it was the same thing cold, stale and sticky/wet on top. I asked the worker for one of the fresh muffins they keep out back and she insisted this was fresh!!! She refused to give me a different muffin or make me a different coffee after trying to argue with her for almost 5 minutes I left my muffin at the counter and had to walk out with a coffee that was made wrong!! Apparently you only get fresh muffins if you go after 9am and they have run out of the day old ones that are left out over night. Added a picture of last week's stale old blueberry muffin

Terrible service. Ordered a breakfast sandwich. Waited 20 min and the cook has the audacity to lie with an attitude saying that she called my order but nobody came so someone else must have taken it. I was standing right there and nobody had called my order. She then took a different sandwich that was not being picked up and reheated it before handing to me. I threw it in the trash. Management, you need to figure out a better way to hand off the right order to customers because there were multiple in front of me who weren't receiving the right orders.

This place hardly ever get anything correct, especially if you order it online. They don’t toast or add toppings to their avocado toast, give the wrong items when you order a particular thing, and don’t refund when they don’t have a certain item. Don’t go to this Dunkins, there are better ones out there that know how to fill orders as they are placed/expected. Pic for evidence: they gave me 2 correct out of 6 that I had asked for.
