Dunkin'

Service was terrible and my bagel was burnt and had NO CREAM CHEESE on it. Even previously when i went their was no cream cheese on it they gave me a togo container because they were too lazy to put it on, BUT THEY GAVE ME NO KNOFE

Finally Open!!! After the long awaited opening we finally welcomed Avon Dunkin with a song literally sang them a song! I was the first person that they served granted there were a couple hiccups but that's to be expected for someplace that's just opening but everything was wonderful! Can't say enough about how personable Mia, Holly, and Paula were! Their hours are 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Saturday I can't wait to put them on my new rotation! Welcome to The Neighborhood!

Ordered a medium iced specialty coffee through the drive thru, was given a small cup that wasnt even full all the way.

Service here is appalling! Why does Dunkin keep opening stores with Children Workers? No one has leadership here! They are all smart mouth kids who shouldn't be working retail. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for my order, when I asked what the hold up was I was scolded by a "16 year old minor " her words, and was told she didn't have to answer me because she was a minor......what the heck is going on here? I asked for a refund and the "Manager" told me no and to "Get Out" This place needs to be closed or all new staff. Get that minor out of there, she has no business working. The whole experience was so disappointing, considering how excited I was to try the new location. The service was pretty bad. They didn’t take down the holiday menu from last week, which was confusing and then they got our order wrong (iced coffee instead of hot) The donut we ordered was flat with hardly any frosting. It looked like a rejected doughnut, especially because the other ones in the case looked decent so we were a little weirded out that we got a really bad one. And the dining area was really small and uncomfortable. It felt like we were sitting in an employee break room. With two other locations in Avon that are a lot better I would not recommend going to this one try peace, love, and little donuts instead
