Dunkin'

First going to dimension that we sat down to eat and my boyfriend's breakfast sandwich was burnt to a crisp. There was no scraping off nor eating it. That was ridiculous. Not to mention the poor friendly service all through drive-thru from the initial arrival through checking out there was no smile, no greeting, no politeness. Disappointed dunkin' donuts. You've lost a customer. Don't even want to give one star today. Completely disappointed.

The young lady Adriana who works there is an absolute pleasure. Its not often in today's day that kids care about customer service and she does! This location is lucky to have her!

I went this morning for 3 things. i sat in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. It was not the workers fault since she was by herself. i also watched 3 cars pull of the drive thru while i sat and waited for 2 coffees and hash browns. She also had people in the dinning room who had to wait.

I ordered ahead 5 minutes or less prior to showing up to the drive through and everything was ready, warm, and done correctly.

Girl at the drive thru this morning made my day before it was even 7am. She was so nice and so sweet, Thank you
