Dunkin'

They are sometimes nice but the coffee is not right . It's always super bitter, so started getting extra FV, they literally water it down. They add water to the flavor to preserve it. Very cheap . I got a munchkin that was not even glazed and was so hard at least 4 days old. Again very cheap. Their stuff is radioactive . I guess in terms of saving money it works . But not for customer satisfaction 🤷🏾‍♀️

They are so rude to costumer and barely understand what you are saying. They have talked to me badly like three times and I’m not going anymore I usually go there cause it’s not far from my school and workplace but never again. Very poor costumer service

A lady literally yawned, taking my order. Every time I come here through the drive-through, they make me wait forever. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is. Then they’ll start talking to me on the speaker and then talk to somebody else. Very dirty inside. I say thank you for getting my order. They say nothing back. They always have about four or five people in there working snd it takes so long to do a tea. It’s has always been the weirdest customer service I’ve ever gotten at any Dunkin but unfortunately, this is the closest one to me.

I typically enjoy going to Dunkin' Donuts, but this particular location might make me reconsider. Every time I've ordered from here, I've had some sort of issue. Most recently, I ordered a dozen donuts that looked and tasted old. Additionally, even though the donut type I wanted was available on the mobile app, it wasn't available at this location.

Every time I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts location, I regret it. I enjoy the convenience of the drive-through, especially with two young kids in the car, but they’re always a miss. The workers barely speak or understand English and get my coffee order wrong every time… when you order a small iced coffee with one cream, the color shouldn’t be white and taste like straight milk. Then, when I asked for a new one, she pretended to get me a new one, but brought me the same coffee, which taste like garbage… and this has happened quite a few times. Safe to say, I will never be going back there convenient or not.
