Dunkin'

This is a easy location to get to, pretty much within walking distance off I-94 in Battle Creek. The building appears to be fairly new and when I was there, it was super clean inside. It looked like there were 5 people working on that Sunday morning and they were moving pretty quick. My latte was ready as I was just walking over to the pick up area so no complaints there! The donut selection was pretty good for a gas station adjacent location as I usually find these to be pretty lacking in options by noon on a Sunday. *The price is higher for us because we got donuts and signature drinks for several people. My one and only reason I can't give a 5 star review is because like other reviewers, I too found the glaze to be pretty lacking. On the munchkin donut holes I also bought, only a few

Came through and I ordered a frozen pumpkin spice… it was missing the pumpkin spice. The girl at the window was sweet and re made it for me but when I parked to eat my sandwich it was missing the cheese. I felt bad cuz I’m an empathetic person and didn’t wanna go back through the line and have them re make that too but I’m pretty disappointed. I love coming here and it’s the only Dunkin in town but I’m a little peaved.

Every time I come here it’s always so good and consistent! But especially when Taylor makes my drink! I don’t know what she does different but it always tempts me to write a review. Her customer connection/service is great as well. We love coming here nothing has ever gone wrong. Prices are much better than the other coffee places and the coffee is delicious!

Take your money to Sweet Waters or any other fast food joint possible, the manager Destinee is in the wrong line of work for how trash her manners and customer service skills are. Ordered through doordash for our work place, and they left out 6 donuts and another drink and one of the two sandwiches they did actually send was wrong. Then they had the audacity to blame our doordasher and acuse him of stealing it, and then blamed us and told our dasher we were rude. Destinee then told our poor dasher that she was never going to answer the phone again, and told him that it was his fault for leaving to early after telling me on the phone that they don't even place orders for pickup unless they're complete. The Dunkin was awesome. Coffee was spot on perfect and service was quick. Love this place. Worlds better than the new Dunkin in Battle Creek. Worth the extra few miles drive.
