Dunkin'

I had a very concerning experience at this location today. Around 11:44 am, I went to pick up my order(order #603), which was just a Iced Protein Latte with Sugar Free Vanilla. And no joke, I found a piece of rubber in my coffee today. It looks like it would be part of a machine. I have no reason to lie as I was a regular since it’s the closest where I live. I ended up spilling the coffee due to the shock of finding a foreign object in it. This is a major safety and sanitation issue. I hope management sees this and inspects their equipment and the employees to ensure no other customers are served coffee with broken parts inside. Absolutely devastated.

I come to this Dunkin regularly and they never disappoint. The staff is always friendly, fast, and super patient, even during busy hours. My drinks are made exactly how I like them every time, and the food is always fresh. The store is clean and organized, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely my favorite Dunkin in the area. Highly recommend

Awful service. Whole place smelled like burnt coffee. Donuts were stale, most likely leftovers from previous days. Will never come back again.

The worst Dunkin Donuts I ever been too. Did not offer the $6 breakfast deal. No ketchup. No caramel. No bathroom available to use. The person making the meal handled money and did not change his gloves to make the food. After seeing that I tried to get a refund and it did not happened. Manager was on her phone the whole 30 minutes I sat down to observe the location. DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING FOOD FROM HERE!

I liketo visit this place is closed to my doctor offices . Is very nice relax place but in the day of coffe free ,was a lady who may my day irriteded i show my app and she said is not a app ,i pay for my latte and she tols me latte not free.i tell her i pay for that. Other person explain and i tell her no body givime free coffe a i already pay for me coffe....thanks for may my day !
