Dunkin'

I had such a wonderful experience at this coffee shop! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. My drink was perfectly made—smooth, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. You can really tell they take pride in quality here. I also want to give a special shoutout to the employee with glasses and two braids—she was absolutely fantastic! So friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made the whole experience even better with her positive energy and thoughtful service. It’s employees like her who turn a simple coffee run into the highlight of your day. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had an online pick up order of a small coffee and a 25 count of munchkins assorted I received all Blueberry glaze, and the coffee taste like it was made with dirty dish water. There was no creamer added to it whatsoever no not to mention ordering it online is so that you don’t have to wait and they still hadn’t made the munchkins when I got there so I had me pull around just to receive the nastiest flavor of them all 25 times over and I was buying them for my class of teenagers so it’s safe to say my Money will be thrown in the trash this morning. I used to love Dunkin, but since moving and only going to that one because it’s close to the house, I do not plan on going back every time I’ve been in the past couple months has been about been a bad experience. I ordered a croissant with white cheese I paid extra on the app for it and my thing was burnt and had yellow cheese on it not melted. One piece of bacon . Hashbrowns were cold . I ordered an iced coffee with cold foam on top they didn't put it and I paid extra on the app for it . I asked for cream and they put something in it and it wasn't mixed .it looked gross and tasted sour . I feel I wasted my money. I went today around 11:40

I order door dash and i added extra cream on my iced coffee and when I received it it was dark with almost no cream, they didn’t follow the instructions on how much i wanted on the crem and sugar !! And the donut was like and old donut it was hard! Ps it’s not the first time im never buying again from these location

Sandwiches burnt to a crisp, donut bites looked like they were munched on by mice, and was given the wrong drinks. Very disappointed and a waste of money. Can't even call the store, says the subscriber is not in service. (See attached photos)
