Dunkin'

This is the amount of coffee and expresso I had once taking out all the ice they put in my cup. I added a creamer to this by the way and in the drive through I was very specific about my drink including telling her light ice twice! I got the biggest chunks of ice and it was full. I need coffee and espresso to fuel my day not water! Do better and to top off she acted like she had to make it happen when I asked for extra cream and sugar in the bag. Smh.

Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your location. I visit this store frequently in the mornings to order an iced coffee and two donuts. On Thursday, March 5th, I entered the store to place my usual order. I was approached by an individual who appeared to be the manager, who informed me very rudely that the store was only accepting mobile orders. He spoke to me with an unprofessional attitude, and I was surprised to find that I could not be served as a walk-in customer. I am a regular paying customer asking for items that are already prepared. This experience was so unsettling that during my visit this morning, I chose to purchase coffee and snacks from the BP gas station instead of visiting Dunkin. I would like to continue orderi

When my drink is made correctly, its wonderful, however.....several time ive receive my latte with NO espresso!!! Just steamed and flavored milk. Completely unacceptable. How is this mistake even made at a coffee shop?! Only ever happened at this location. But has happened several times there.

Worth it if you need your fix. It’s a tight fit in the corner of the gas station. The food was adequate, but took a long, long time to get. It got crowded and was a little dirty.

Please train staff better. I was unable to order my food because 2 employees didn’t understand simple functionality of the systems provided by DUNKIN. Claimed to be an assistant manager but did not know how to add queso to a sandwich let alone put in any effort to try to figure it out. I went to another Dunkin and got my usual order with no questions, no attitude, no lack of effort. Poor work ethic. Attached is my correct order from a different Dunkin.
