Dunkin'

my coffee maker broke and I was excited to get my once or twice a season pumpkin spice latte today. Because I don’t get it that often, I am just not sure if this is supposed to look like this upon pick up and I thought skim milk was frothy. But according to the label, it doesn’t have what it said it would and the cup was a 1/4 empty (& there was no frothed milk) Service was nice and I didn’t see this until I pulled up to the light and noticed the cup didn’t seem full.

I’m am consistently blown away at how fast these peeps move the drive threw line ,I’m driving 30+ mins to get to work and I can get in and out of there faster than a Chic Fil A! Every time they are super friendly and deserve some adoration for how good they are compared to anywhere else I think of. Thank you Ocean Pines Duncan you guys are doing an Awesome job over there!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Solid Dunkin’ Location with Friendly Service and Great Coffee I stopped by the Dunkin’ in Berlin, Maryland recently and overall had a really good experience. This location is conveniently situated right off the main road, making it an easy stop whether you're a local or just passing through on your way to Ocean City or Assateague. Coffee & Drinks: The coffee was fresh and consistent with what you expect from Dunkin’. I ordered an iced caramel latte and it was made perfectly — good balance of sweetness and espresso. My friend had a cold brew with sweet cold foam and said it was one of the better ones they’ve had from any Dunkin’. I simply asked for light ice and they couldn’t do that, i also noticed that when i got it was not filled fully, not only that they also did not blend my matcha powder in fully…

Rude… bad customer service. Bad communication.. i have been to many of DD in many different states. Also why not give you your receipt and call your order number when completed. Instead your touching other peoples bags to see if its your order??? Ill go somewhere else next time.
