Dunkin'

Stopped here on the way home. This location has a drive-thru. Clean inside with friendly staff. It hit the spot on a cold morning. What made It better was that it was free because of accrued points. I would suggest signing up for the rewards program.

This Dunkin just underwent a renovation. Well I had very bad service there this morning. I could barely hear the person taking the order, odd since it's a brand new renovated Dunkin only open less than 2 weeks since reno. I ordered a medium latte and a bottle of water. Got to the window the guy asked if I was the latte, I said yes. They bring me a large latte. I said I ordered a medium latte and a bottle of water. They said he charged you for a large latte and no water. Bottom line, I took the large and said forget the water since I hadn't been charged for it. Drove away, decided to check the cup. Large size cup only filled 2/3! So essentially they charged me for a large latte but gave me probably a medium sized latte in the large cup! They seriously need to get their act toget

I am a regular at this store and I always have to witness how rude the store manager is to her employees. Being rude to customers is one thing but treating your employees bad who are the ones keeping the store running is another. This Dunkin’ location would be so much better if it weren’t for the manager. Instead of leading by example, she treats them with zero respect. A good manager should motivate and help their staff, but she does the opposite. It makes the atmosphere uncomfortable for both workers and customers. Dunkin’ deserves better leadership than this. I’ve witnessed this behavior 3 times now, is sad!

When they need to brew a pot of coffee they don't wait for it to finish they just give you the sludge that first come out when brewing. I always have to tell them to wait for it to stop but sometimes like today I don't and I get sludge coffee
