Dunkin'

Every time I come here they do a phenomenal job with my drinks. I order ahead and ordered in person before or after I finish my shopping. They make great lattes and shaken espressos. I bought hashbrowns and croissant stuffers and they are amazing. This is a great Dunkin to come to would definitely recommend. Also I have always had great service here!

I came to this store and there was a gentleman in front of me waiting to order. He was waiting and looking for someone to take his order but nobody seemed to be there. After waiting for a bit, he decided that it wasn’t worth it and left. When I got up to the counter, I looked around and found that there were two employees sitting on the ground behind the counter in a spot to try and hide from customers. They were on their phones and I waited about five minutes, trying to see if they were going to look up over the counter but they didn’t. I got their attention and when they saw that I was there, they got up and took my order, but it was disappointing to see that they were trying to hide from customers.

Lianne was very good, she toasted my bagel very well and put I nice amount of cream cheese. Bareka was very kind also she made my hot chocolate very nice and did a good ratio of whip cream and the drink. The store look very clean and then I noticed Amanda sweeping and mopping, I even complimented her on it.

I ordered a large macchiato by using my reward. When I picked up my drink, I thought the cup wasn't the large size. But I thought that they wouldn't make such a mistake. Later I checked the size of the cup underneath and it was 24oz. It is an unbelievable mistake. I went back and asked them if the cup is the large size. They accepted their mistake and offered me to make another macchiato. However, I would not be able to drink another one. I simply did not accept. I am so disappointed that they make such a mistake. Hoping that this was not done because I used my reward to order the drink.

Ordered an iced coffee with butter pecan and cream. Was amazing. Not all the DDs make the drink taste this good. Only a few that I have been to and this is one of them. Would recommend this DD to anyone. And this place is clean given the fact that it is inside BJs.
