I didn’t give one star because the food was great, but you guys need to hire a second person here, I have been here nearly 30 min during my work time to grab food along with other people WHO WORK AT BJ’s !! Waiting the same amount of time if not more than I am waiting for food. You need to stop cutting cost and hire a second person or two to help out at this location, the wait time is the same wait time at a sit down dine in breakfast restaurant..

This place is incredibly obtuse to DD Perks cardholders like myself. I've been there several times. I have loaded $2-3 dollars on my DD Perks cards with no problem in the past. I would also do purchase with cards to get points. Today, I asked to load $2.45 on a card and I was told that there was five dollar minimum. I called other locations and I was informed that I can load less than $5 on my DD Cards.

Most of the times I've come here. Rarely anyone on Line. The 2 girls that work there are fast and never disappointed me. I love coming here for my Hot Signature Caramel Craze Latte

you can never go wrong with this location when ordering food or coffee. i don’t understand how dunkin’ donuts is a HUGE company and they only have one person working at this location.

They've never messed up my bacon and egg on a plain bagel or my donuts order so for that they're great!
