Dunkin'

It’s usually just 1 person working the counter, but they always make the coffee great. Donuts are soft even before closing.

Cashier (female) scans her phone so she gets points on the Dunkin app. Her excuse was she didn’t know I had the app but she could’ve asked if I did. I wonder how many people she’s doing this to.

Only one cashier is taking customers and preparing the orders at the same time. Must be really stressful for her as well as for us, the customers who have to wait so long so the services. Please to the owner hire another person. Thanks.

We had no issues at this spot. It was a quick in and out. The donuts were good and our beverages were pretty good as well. We were only visiting so this was probably the first and last time we go here. But it was perfectly fine :)

Sold me a frozen chicken sandwich. Took it back within 5 minutes and before even looking at my receipt ,the guy with the limp, says I bought it earlier and that's why it's frozen. Like what?! Smh. I'm glad I had spoken to the officer at the door before my order and he remembered me. I called him over and it took that to get a refund. Also, they never have anything you actually want. They mess up your order. They're rude. NEVER BUY HERE.
