Dunkin'

Staff is rude and will literally leave you standing there forever and not even say hello. This review is based off of going in this store almost daily for work purposes. They are definitely not friendly, definitely very slow. Worst in Bloomington. Spend your money at Square Donuts or Parlor. They will provide a much better experience and their donuts are better as well.

I come here at least twice a week. It's predictable. This particular shop, however, needs to brush up on dealing with customers who aren't actively placing an order. The person(s) responsible for filling the nakpin dispenser ALWAYS overfills it so you can't get anything but shreds of napkins. Get used to doing it more often. You're not saving yourself any work and I can't get a napkin. 75% of the time, my avocado toast with Bacon is missing the bacon. Lastly, whoever trains the people who sweep/mop, steer them away from mopping with strong chemicals *underneath* customers trying to eat. Nothing less appetizing than cleaning chemicals. Similarly, don't sweep underneath people. Come back when they're gone.

Very upset we ordered donuts and picked the ones we wanted and gave us 3 donuts we didn’t order we got 2 white long johns. White sprinkle, jelly, custard, twist

I come here at least a couple times a week and my coffee is consistently made wonderfully. Staff seem friendly in drive thru, quick in and out experience that I enjoy more than Starbucks in this area.

We are from Singapore and we come here whenever we visited our child studying in Jacobs School of Music. We are very happy with the service, especially the coffee, although there was one time my wife did not get the order (cappuccino) after a while, but they corrected it and quickly prepared for her. Other than that, we are happy with the donuts, drinks and the nice place. Always clean. We got to know a lady who relentlessly cleans the place that should make patrons to enjoy sitting around. Everytime we visited the place, the couple owners, who seem to be husband and wife, always greeted us and so were with all the staff. Once in a while, unexpectantly they gave us extra donut on top of our purchase. Really appreciate what they did. We would encourage people to come and visit this sta
