LETTY IS THE BEST, SHE DO The BEST COFFEE☕️ I HAD been a lot of Dunkin Donuts , BUT WITH THAt Woman making the COFFEES.. right now is my Favorite COFFEE SPOT .. good JOB for having people like her ….

I have attended this Location for about a year now and the service for the past 2 month has been horrible the cashier was outside, the manager was preparing online orders and the other cashier was just cleaning. The employees saw me wait to place an order for approximately 5 min they didn’t care and when I asked “how long is the wait” she responded hold on with an attitude and took approximately 10 min before they placed my order. None of the coffees in the pickup side were labeled or handed to identify the order and when I complained to the manager she didn’t care she was just telling the cashiers to ignore me.

One of the worst places to go to, the workers just seem miserable and are upset as you walk in. Especially, the night time person, short Caribbean man wearing a hat, he shouldn't be working there. He's very rude, we order few items and he just kept rolling his eyes as if he was forced to work. Also, he was not wearing his name tag, very unprofessional. I will never go there ever again. No wonder why this place has bad reviews.

Server seemed upset that we came in. Threw my daughters snackin bacon on the counter with attitude. Turned another friend off to buy anything because of his attitude.

Hands down this is my number one Dunkin’ Donuts store. The manager‘s is great and her employees are great. They are good at what they do. I don’t have to complain about my order. My order is always on time and if they don’t have a specific ingredient or out of stock, they will not give me anything that I do not eat or drink. However, 98% they’re always stock. Love them down :)
