Dunkin'

Always mobile ordered for years no problems ! Now this past 2 months the employees don’t attend to customers leaving us to drive up to window which they ignore us until we tap! Also refused to make a paid for large latte would not return money… her advice get an iced coffee for 2.50 less than what I paid! Today paid for 2 donuts I did not get! Their phone number is out of order can’t even call them!!!! Terrible service! I am done with this location it is the worst EVER

I’ve been very big on giving reviews lately due to the fact that I noticed other people tend to not care about diet restrictions. I went in to get a coffee with the six dollar meal deal and let the worker know that I did not eat pork and she told me that I was not allowed to substitute for the turkey sausage instead. I have gone to other Dunkin’ Donuts and have been able to substitute based on my diet restrictions. Why would Dunkin’ Donuts allow the six dollar meal deal? If we can’t get turkey sausage which probably is the same exact cost that’s bad customer service not everyone eats pork.

Nastiest experience I’ve ever had called asking if they’d be able to simply remake a drink for me was met with an attitude like no one else’s business. Just for asking them to do their jobs. No one forced them to work there if they don’t want to make coffee why work at Dunkin’s? I ended up not getting the food I ordered

God, I try never to review fast food places because I don't expect much, but this place broke me. This is the most convenient Dunkin on my commute, so I have gone here more times than I like to admit. In the 20-30+ times I have been here, I think they have gotten my order right less than five times. The order? A vanilla frosted doughnut, no sprinkles. Yet every morning, instead of that, I get basically and other kind of doughnut. It amazes. At first, I thought it was the speaker or my vehicle being too loud. So i started turning my car off to order. Nope. Still wrong. It is truly astounding how such a simple request is just consistently wrong. Then today I ordered my doughnuts not only were they wrong, but they were soaked. Not like condensation soaked, but like someone spilled something

This is the second time I've stopped to buy a coffee at this place and the second time I've received terrible service. The two girls who work there definitely hate their jobs. One of them is on the phone while the other one answers with a bad attitude and she prepared me a latte that looks like iced milk, the worst thing I've ever tried in my life.
