I went there to get a hot latte. Made my order and I received a cold latte. Not with ice, just temperature. And it tasted really bad. I will not be back.

Ordered uber and received every item wrong and their number is out of service

The worst DD I ever being , the staff is so unprofessional, they talk with other’s employees or friends that go by when they take your order, and of course take the order wrong , there is one employee that have a disturbing bad words in front of costumers, and another one that is Hispanic that don’t respect customers at all making faces and talking bad to them just bc they didn’t take the order correctly . The manager is super nice but honestly she don’t have the pants and this hired people should be trained correctly .

This DD is located inside the BP gas station. When I went, there was only one person running the whole show. I felt bad for her, but she held it down. And she was very nice. Just give yourself enough time in case there's a wait.

I'm a regular and go here almost every day before work. The weekday crew is amazing and always on point with excellent service and efficiency. Especially the lovely Latina with the braces and the red haired guy with the beard. But....the weekend workers are the total opposite. They are obviously the owners kids/relatives. The customer service, if you can get them to come out from the back, is terrible. A few weekends ago, I went there and literally stood at the counter for several mins. No one was there to man the front. I called out, they called back (they sure did) but no one came out. It wasnt until several ppl were on line grumbling that they decided to stumble out. The worse. At that point, I left and got coffee elsewhere. This was not the first time this has happened. I would give
